Frequently asked questions
Planning a box-build program
What documentation is needed to quote a box build?
Please provide the BOM, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, mechanical files, test procedures, firmware requirements, labels, packaging instructions and target quantities.
Can you use our existing test fixture and software?
Yes. Customer-supplied fixtures and software can be integrated after technical review. We can also help define practical fixture and test requirements for new products.
Can test data be linked to each serial number?
Yes. Unit-level traceability can connect serial numbers with programming versions, test results, repair records and final acceptance status.
